To ensure all staff meet all the National Standards required to work within the parameters of their roles.
 
To ensure that staff are fully involved and receive appropriate training, coaching and support including regular job consultations and reviews by their line manager
 
To ensure that adequate resources including staff time, training and financial costs are budgeted for
 
To put in place mechanisms for monitoring the delivery and effectiveness of service user involvement across the organisation

To ensure that service user involvement is the responsibility of all staff and is built into normal working practice.
